Bush admits to explosives in WTC?

Did President Bush just admit that explosives were used in the WTC, or is this just another one of his many many infamous Bushisms?

Press Conference of the President

Office of the Press Secretary

THE PRESIDENT:

~

The bill I have proposed will ensure that suspected terrorists will receive full and fair trials, without revealing to them our nation's sensitive intelligence secrets. As soon as Congress acts on this bill, the man our intelligence agencies believe helped orchestrate the 9/11 attacks can face justice.

The bill would also provide clear rules for our personnel involved in detaining and questioning captured terrorists. The information that the Central Intelligence Agency has obtained by questioning men like Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has provided valuable information and has helped disrupt terrorist plots, including strikes within the United States.

For example, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed described the design of planned attacks of buildings inside the U.S. and how operatives were directed to carry them out. That is valuable information for those of us who have the responsibility to protect the American people. He told us the operatives had been instructed to ensure that the explosives went off at a high -- a point that was high enough to prevent people trapped above from escaping.

Interesting, but he's describing "planned attacks" that were allegedly disrupted - I don't think we can really say that he was talking about 9/11.

I don't know about you, but that sounds like in the Twin Towers to me!

Ever watch the movie "a few good men"? I was talking with the wife the other night after a long heated discussion on 9/11, to get Loose Change scheduled to play in our community. My wife said something that just blew me away, "Deep down in his inner psche, He wants to tell" just like the Colonel.....

True. He also describes this as though it already happened, even though he also says that these were planned attacks that were disrupted. Very strange, and quite possibly it was a slip and he was referring to 9/11, but it's hard to say for certain.

Of course he was talking about 911. Are to believe the "planned attacks" were disrupted? Bush is even dumber than thought. But it is not the first time "Bushies" had given the game away. On two occassions Rummie talked about "missiles" (his word) hitting "this building" (the Pentagon) and "the missile" that "shot down" Flight 93. Then there is Bush's famous gaffe with regard to seeing the second plane strike the second building. Taken altogether, Bush's gang almost paints the big picture and it "ain't" pretty.

I'm sure Len Hart meant the first plane hit the first building, since on two occasions (transcripts still available on the White House website) he said that he saw a plane hit a WTC tower before he went into the classroom for that reading exercise with the children, in Florida. Later on, Card went to him to tell him that a second plane had hit the second tower. :)
